Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between CJ CheilJedang Corporation (hereinafter the "Company") and any user (hereinafter the "User") who accesses the "svt.bibigo.com" website (hereinafter the "Site") and uses its online services, including uploading or downloading images.

Article 2. Posting, Amendment, and Interpretation of Terms

1. The Site shall post these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, in a manner that is easily accessible on the homepage.
2. The Site may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
3. In case of amendments, the revised Terms along with their effective date and reason for change shall be posted at least 7 days in advance. However, changes that significantly impact User rights or obligations will be announced with a minimum 30-day notice period.
4. Agreeing to these Terms implies consent to periodically check for updates. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage caused by a User's failure to acknowledge changes.
5. If the User does not explicitly object to the amended Terms, such changes shall be deemed accepted.
6. Any matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and customary business practices.

Article 3. Service Description

1. The Site presents collaborative content between the bibigo brand and SEVENTEEN, and provides services for uploading and downloading user images.
2. Users may access the following features:
   • Download bibigo x SEVENTEEN collaboration content
   • Upload or capture a photo using themed frames and download the generated result
   • View event and campaign participation notices
3. Certain functions may require login and collection of personal information (see Article 11).

Article 4. Responsibilities of the Site

The Site shall strive to provide stable and continuous service. In the event of system maintenance or updates, the Site will notify users in advance or afterward regarding temporary service suspension.

Article 5. Service Suspension

1. Services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, technical issues, or communication failures. Such instances will be notified on the homepage or via a separate notice.
2. Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters may occur.
3. Unless otherwise required by law, no separate compensation will be provided for such disruptions.

Article 6. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following:

1. Infringing upon others' personal information or defaming individuals
2. Violating intellectual property rights of others
3. Posting obscene, violent, or socially inappropriate content
4. Hindering the normal operation of the Site
5. Any actions that violate laws or generally accepted standards

Article 7. Consent to Content Usage

1. The copyright of any content (e.g., photos) uploaded by Users remains with the respective User.
2. The User grants the Site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the uploaded content for the following purposes:
   • Operating and improving services
   • Non-commercial marketing activities including SNS sharing
   • Event management and participation verification
3. The Site will not use or share content with third parties beyond the above without prior consent.
4. Users shall ensure that uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party rights and bear legal responsibility for such content.

Article 8. Service Restrictions

In cases of Terms violations or inappropriate content uploads, the Site may delete such content or restrict access without prior notice.

Article 9. Automatic Data Collection and Analytics Tools

1. The Site may collect user access logs, browser, and device information using tools such as Google Analytics.
2. Such data is used solely for statistical analysis and service improvement and does not include personally identifiable information.
3. Users can disable or delete cookies via browser settings.

Article 10. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be held liable for any disputes or legal issues arising from content uploaded by Users.

Article 11. Personal Information Collection and Processing

1. The Site may collect the following personal data during login via Auth0 (Single Sign-On):

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Country
• Web usage history, device, and OS information
• Event participation and content usage history

2. Collected personal data may be used in connection with the CRM marketing platform Braze to send personalized campaigns, manage participants, and support event operations.
